Before delivery starts
The written service agreement confirms your onboarding requirements, deliverables, start date and measurement period. If you do not accept those terms before service begins, request cancellation and a refund before work starts.
View guarantee
Package view guarantees refer to Pinterest impressions for the account and service period agreed in writing. If we miss the applicable minimum under the agreed terms, you may request a full refund for the affected service period. Send your order number and details of the reporting period so we can review the account data with you.
Renewal and cancellations
Each package covers one month of Pinterest management with a one-time payment. There are no automatic renewals.
If work has already started, contact us to discuss the completed and outstanding work under your agreement. Applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights continue to apply.How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Your payment provider or bank controls the time before the refund appears in your account. A view guarantee is not a guarantee of sales, clicks or revenue.
