These terms describe the Pinterest management services offered through Virachy. Contact contact@virachy.com with questions before purchasing.
Purchases and service scope
Each package covers one month of Pinterest management with a one-time payment. There are no automatic renewals.
The exact deliverables, account access, start date and measurement period are confirmed in a written service agreement before work begins. If you do not accept that agreement, contact us before delivery starts to arrange cancellation and a refund.Your responsibilities
Provide accurate business details, timely approvals, appropriate account access and assets you have permission to use. Never submit passwords or sensitive payment information through the contact form.
Pricing and payment
The currency, price and applicable taxes are displayed by the checkout. Advertising spend, third-party tools and additional work are excluded unless expressly agreed. Payment provider terms apply to payment processing.
Performance and guarantees
Views are Pinterest impressions. View guarantees do not promise clicks, purchases or revenue. Measurement periods and guarantee requirements must be agreed in writing. Results depend on factors including the platform, account history, content, season and your market.
Consultations and cancellations
A consultation form submission requests an appointment; it is confirmed only when we reply with the agreed time. You can cancel future subscription renewals from your account. Cancellation of a purchased period is governed by our refund policy, your service agreement and applicable consumer rights.
Intellectual property and rights
You retain rights in the assets you provide. Rights and licences for service deliverables are addressed in your service agreement. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
